1. Who we are

References to “AIRLOOT,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to this seller.

Our storefront is hosted on Shopify. AIRLOOT, rather than Shopify, is responsible for selling and fulfilling the products offered by our business.

2. Using our store

You must have the legal capacity to place an order, or the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where permitted.

You agree to provide accurate order, payment and delivery information and to use the website lawfully.

3. Products and descriptions

AIRLOOT sells decorative lighting products. Banknote-inspired designs are decorative and are not legal tender.

The product description and selected variant identify the item ordered. Accessories or background objects shown in lifestyle images are not included unless expressly listed.

Illustrative or AI-generated visuals are identified as such and should not be treated as evidence of an actual customer experience. They do not replace accurate product specifications or excuse material differences between the advertised and delivered product.

4. Prices and payment

For the U.S. storefront, prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is clearly indicated.

Applicable shipping charges and taxes collected by us are displayed before payment. Discounts are subject to the eligibility conditions shown with the offer.

We do not change the price of an accepted order without your agreement.

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment using the contact information supplied.

If we cannot fulfill your order because of unavailability, a material listing error or another legitimate reason, we will notify you promptly and refund any payment for cancelled items. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

6. Delivery

Our Shipping Policy explains destinations, shipping charges, timing, delays and delivery issues. It forms part of these terms.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy explains our voluntary return offer and how to report defective, damaged, incorrect or undelivered items. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Product use

Follow the instructions and electrical specifications supplied with the product. Use only compatible power equipment and do not modify, disassemble or use damaged electrical components.

If a product appears unsafe, stop using it and contact us. These instructions do not exclude our responsibility for defects or other obligations imposed by law.

9. Intellectual property

AIRLOOT branding and original website content may not be used in ways that infringe applicable intellectual property rights.

Third-party names, designs and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not by itself establish affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement.

10. Customer submissions

If you submit a review, photo or other material, you must have the right to share it. Reviews should reflect your genuine experience.

We will seek any permission needed to reuse identifiable customer content in marketing. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, irrelevant or privacy-infringing submissions, but will not change a review’s meaning or misrepresent its source.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used in connection with the store.

12. Liability and consumer protections

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory protections concerning defective goods, fraud or personal injury where applicable.

13. Complaints and disputes

Please contact hello.airlootstore@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue so we can try to resolve it.

These terms do not remove your right to contact a consumer authority, use an applicable mediation process or bring a claim before a competent court. Mandatory laws and jurisdiction rules continue to apply.

14. Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms applicable when you placed your order continue to govern that order unless a change is legally required or agreed with you.
