Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made at airloot.store.

30-day return requests

You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all included accessories, and securely packaged. Reasonable inspection is permitted. Damage caused by misuse or handling beyond inspection may affect eligibility for a voluntary return, subject to applicable law.

Proof of purchase is required. You do not need to create an account to request a return.

How to request a return

Email [CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL] with your order number and the items you wish to return.

We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back, and do not send returns to an address printed on the shipping package unless we confirm it is the correct return address.

Contacting us within the 30-day window preserves your request date while you await our instructions.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Any original delivery charge is non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We do not charge a restocking fee.

If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, AIRLOOT will cover necessary return shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos or a short video may help us assess the problem, but please do not perform unsafe tests or disassemble the product.

We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, repair or refund, as required by applicable law. These rights are separate from our 30-day change-of-mind return policy.

Refunds

After receiving your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Refunds required by law, including refunds for certain shipping delays or cancellations, will be processed within the applicable legal deadline.

Bundles and discounts

Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the returned items after discounts, as allocated in your order. A partial bundle return does not qualify for a refund of the full bundle price.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. If fulfillment has already progressed, we may be unable to stop shipment, and the return process may apply. This does not limit any mandatory cancellation rights.

Your legal rights

This policy does not exclude or restrict rights relating to defective goods, non-delivery or other protections that cannot legally be waived.
